New Zoning Chapters - #22 Southeast Zoning District and #23 Landscaping
The Zoning & Planning board will hold its meeting this month on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:30PM. This meeting will be held at City Hall, 206 Main Street, Three Forks.

This meeting will hear and make a recommendation on two new Zoning Chapters:
- Chapter 22 Southeast Zoning district
- Chapter 23 Landscaping
If these chapters become final drafts, the drafts will be forwarded to the City Council for first and second readings of Ordinances to be included in the City Zoning Code. (Anticipated hearing date of 5/13/2025.)
Last, the Board will review a Parking chapter but not to be forwarded on to the Council yet.
